Personal Training
One coach, your body, your schedule — the most direct way to train with someone accountable for the result.

You have not run out of time. You ran out of a plan that fits your life.
Most people do not stop training because they are lazy. They stop because the plan assumed six free evenings and a body with no history. One coach, one hour that is genuinely yours, and a plan written around the week you actually have — that is usually the whole of what was missing.
What it is
Personal training is one-to-one coaching built around your body, your history and the time you actually have. The coach writes the plan, teaches the technique and adjusts it week by week against what your training log shows, rather than handing you a programme and hoping.
Who it's for
Anyone starting from zero, coming back after years away, or training alone and stalling. It is also the fastest route if your time is limited and you cannot afford to waste sessions.
What to expect
An assessment first, then a written plan with loads and progressions. Sessions are hands-on: your technique is corrected while you lift, not described afterwards.
Why it matters for your health
The base everything else stands on: strength, mobility and the habit of training. Most of what the other disciplines assume, this one builds.

The shop
Everything that supports your training, from the Sport Coaching shelf. Products are organised by goal rather than by discipline, so the same protein serves your personal training and everything else you do.
Three things worth knowing
1
Two sessions a week beats five for one week
The people who change are the ones still training in month six. Pick a frequency you can hold on a bad week, not the one you can hold on a good one.
2
Write down the weight you used
Progress is a number going up over months. Without a log you are guessing, and guessing is why most people train for years at the same load.
3
Soreness is not the scoreboard
You can be sore from a session that did nothing, and not sore from your best one. Judge a programme by what you can lift in six weeks.
