You will find out that you do not come apart.
Most people who start never spar. They stay for what the bag gives back — a heartbeat you can command and the plain evidence that you hold together under pressure. That evidence does not stay in the gym. It turns up in the meeting, the hospital corridor, the conversation you have been avoiding.
What it is
Boxing trains stance, guard, footwork and punches, with rounds as the conditioning. Technique comes first: output without mechanics is just being tired in a more expensive room.
Who it's for
Anyone who wants conditioning that does not feel like cardio, and anyone who wants to genuinely learn to box.
What to expect
Fundamentals before combinations, pad and bag rounds with your output counted, and round tests so your fitness is measured and not guessed.
Why it matters for your health
Cardiovascular fitness, coordination and a real outlet for stress. Contact is optional and it stays your decision.
What Boxing asks of you
The same four measures across all fourteen disciplines, so you can compare them honestly before you choose one.

The shop
Everything that supports your training, from the Sport Coaching shelf. Products are organised by goal rather than by discipline, so the same protein serves your boxing and everything else you do.
Three things worth knowing
1
Footwork before power
Punching power comes from the floor up. Fix the feet and the hands get heavier without touching the hands.
2
Keep the guard up when you are tired
Everyone looks good in round one. What you drill is what you will do in round four.
3
Skipping is not a warm-up, it is training
Rope work builds the exact coordination and calf endurance the sport needs. Give it real time.
